Refund & Return Policy
Every Echo & Oaks piece is custom-made from audio you provide. Because each print is unique to one customer and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or for typos or audio choices the customer entered at checkout.
We will, however, reprint or fully refund any order in any of these cases:
- The print arrives damaged in transit
- The print has a manufacturing defect (color, alignment, frame issue, materially different from what was shown on the product page)
- The order is lost in transit (confirmed by carrier tracking)
- We made an error in producing your file relative to what you submitted
To start a claim: email support@echoandoaks.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve within 5 business days.
We do not ask you to return the original piece; in most cases we'll simply reprint and reship.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights where applicable law overrides it.
