Every Echo & Oaks piece is made to order, so each order has a production stage (creating your unique print) plus a shipping stage.

We use tracked carriers and will email you tracking once your piece ships. Carrier delays after the package leaves us are outside our control, but if your order doesn't arrive within a reasonable window past the carrier's estimate, contact us at support@echoandoaks.com and we will work with you on a reprint or refund per our return policy.
